Child Dream Initiative partner with the Rivers State Ministry of Health and Rivers State Primary Health Care Management Board to carry out an Outreach in community primary school choba, interventions carried out include muac screening of children 6-24 months, health talks on appropriate feeding for children, Administration of worm medicine and vitamin A. 100 children were attended to, we identified 3 malnourished children. Their care givers were counsel and referred to the health center for follow up. We also conducted family planning services. Please note that we are open to partnership.
